Continuation sheet with nation branding logotype "Let's make it happen"

As state co-branding is not permitted, the government logotype and the nation branding "Let's make it happen"(LMIH) logotype may not appear on the same page.

Therefore, the "Let's make it happen" (LMIH) logotype must be placed on the continuation sheet (back page).
