For any video including sign language interpretation, the use of a bubble (inset frame) is subject to specific rules and restrictions. To ensure optimal readability of the signs, the interpreter must be framed from the mid-thigh upwards. No textual or graphic elements should overlap or appear within the bubble.
Subtitles should be adapted to ensure they do not cover the sign language bubble. It is not possible to include a sign language bubble in vertical video formats.
