When several ministries, administrations or public services are the senders of the letter, the logotype to be placed at the top of the page is the version containing only the mention THE GOVERNMENT OF THE GRAND DUCHY OF LUXEMBOURG in order to avoid overloading the upper part of the letter.
The name of the ministry, administration or service appears at the signature level of the letter, along with the title(s) of the signatory or signatories.
Format : Select A4 format in Word and not “Letter" format.

Margins : left 25 mm, right 20 mm, top 20 mm, bottom 12 mm
The contact details of the issuing ministry must be included in the footer.
