Administrative correspondence cards may come in two sizes: 148 x 105 mm or 210 x 95 mm.

In the first case, the footer consists of three text blocks; in the second case, it contains four text blocks.

Administrative correspondence cards featuring the logotype of a national communication campaign are only available in the following format: 210 x 95 mm.

Correspondence cards with the "Let's make it happen" nation branding logotype

The "Let's make it happen" (LMIH) nation branding logotype appears either on the back of the correspondence card, bottom right, or on the envelope.

Correspondence cards for diplomatic missions featuring a national communication campaign logotype are only available in the 210 x 95 mm format.
